How do I place a wholesale order?
Please fill out our wholesale information form and an IlluminARTe Collection customer care member will be in contact shortly. Once you are approved you can place orders the following way:

What do I need to provide in order to place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order we simply need your bill to and ship to address, payment information, and your tax id (retail sales id).

What types of payment are accepted?
•COD
◦cashiers check
◦money order
•Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover

What terms do you accept?
•New customers: at this time we are only accepting credit card and COD/cashier checks/money order for        payment.
•Existing customers - COD company check or "Net 30 "

What should I purchase on a first time order?
Placing your first order depends on several factors, including: available space, budget, and clientele. Wisdom Series has a strong appeal when customers can see the variety of images available to them.

What is the minimum amount for an order?
The Wisdom Collection minimum initial wholesale order is qty 12 pieces. For re-order's a minimum of 6 pcs are required.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Most orders are shipped within one to two weeks upon receipt of order. For orders that contain items not in stock, we can usually ship within 2-4 weeks.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on wholesale items. If you are placing a first time order we recommend starting small to see what will work best for you.
